DRAFTING - When you ignite the burners, heat rises and creates drafting which draws clean air through vents on the bottom of the firebox resulting in a more efficient flame, keeping the heat above the burners and eliminates stress to the burners from heat.

DIRECT HEAT - Our exclusive system uses briquette trays with channels that direct heat systematically. As the heat is pushed upward, it passes through ports located between the ceramic briquettes.

RADIANT HEAT - Premium ceramic briquettes evenly distribute radiant heat across the cooking surface, ensuring consistent grilling results.
