Providing A Better BBQ Experience

The owner came to do our BBQ and she was exceptional. I learned so much about BBQ cleaning. This was the first time we ever had our BBQ cleaned by a professional. We had this one for ten years and it almost looked like new once she was done. I will definitely have it done every two years by this company from now on. Great job!

Wonderful service! I called to ask about a possible BBQ repair. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was helpful and patient. Another person came out to give me an estimate and was just as helpful. In the end, they recommended not doing the repair! The service visit was free and everyone that I talked with at the company was knowledgeable, and friendly. I almost wish that I did have a BBQ that could be fixed, because I’d use this company for sure :)

Excellent customer service. Quality products. I bought a green mountain grill and they provided everything I needed to start off. Delivery and set up at no charge. Cleaned up all the packaging. Explained everything that I needed to know and even provide after hours support. Hard working family, polite, well mannered. Zero regrets working with them. I like them so much I gave them a nice tip.

Shout out to The Busy Backyard Beaver 🙌. They came to my place last week and made our 12 year old barbecue look brand new!!!! I would have never cleaned it like they did ~ worth every penny!!!!

Word of mouth brought me to Dennis and his wife (whose name I am forgetting my apologies). Let me just say that for someone to come to my house, take apart my smoker, service it, clean it and do a test burn to make sure it works within an hour at 8am on a Saturday with 30 degree heat for $75 plus tax is a service you will find no where else. They know exactly what they are doing and there is nobody else I’d give my business to in the future. There are 2-3 random 1 star reviews on their page that have no merit, these people are real experts who could (should) be charging double for the service they provide. Amazing experience and I will have them on speed dial for future mishaps that I will definitely be getting myself into.

We were absolutely thrilled with the services provided by Dennis and his team for our grill cleaning services. My family and I gathered four of our grills together for a group booking, and the results were stellar. Great attention and care was taken in the garage area where the cleaning took place.
