Another person came out to give me an estimate and was just as helpful. In the end, they recommended not doing the repair! The service visit was free and everyone that I talked with at the company was knowledgeable, and friendly. Word of mouth brought me to Dennis and his wife (whose name I am forgetting my apologies). Let me just say that for someone to come to my house, take apart my smoker, service it, clean it and do a test burn to make sure it works within an hour at 8am on a Saturday with 30 degree heat for $75 plus tax is a service you will find no where else. They know exactly what they are doing and there is nobody else I’d give my business to in the future. There are 2-3 random 1 star reviews on their page that have no merit, these people are real experts who could (should) be charging double for the service they provide. Amazing experience and I will have them on speed dial for future mishaps that I will definitely be getting myself into.
